    • Return your completed admissions forms along with the following documents to the MCA office.

    • SC Immunization Record (DHEC Form 2740)

    Once your completed application is returned, the office staff can tell you immediately if your child can be enrolled or put on a wait list.

    A non-refundable enrollment fee will be due to secure your child's spot at MCA.

    Daycare enrollment fee: $195
