ADMISSIONS POLICY
Our purpose at Mauldin Christian Academy (MCA) is to partner with parents to provide our students with a solid academic environment, lay a biblical foundation, lead them to understand the value of hard work, pursue everything with excellence, love one another, and bring glory to God.
The MCA team has the incredible privilege of leading and loving our students through Christian education. This translates into being a model of Jesus in the classroom, leading our students to know the character of God, to build solid academic practices, and to learn to walk in wisdom.
It is an honor to serve God in Christian education. We recognize we are on this earth to bring glory to God and our testimony reflects who we believe God is. When we live our lives based on believing God is sovereign, gracious, merciful, and mighty, we demonstrate to a fallen world who he is, his plan of rescue, and how he loves us unconditionally.

Re-Enrollment PROCESS
Re-Enrollment to MCA is a one-step online process involving completion of the FACTS Re-Enrollment packet. All existing families, with currently enrolled students, are given the opportunity to Re-Enroll during our Priority Re-Enrollment season. Enrollment will be OPEN TO THE PUBLIC after the priority period ends. This is your time to secure a space for your child for the 24-25 school year.
Elementary and Preschool Re-Enrollment Priority Dates……………January 8-19
Early Learner Daycare Re-Enrollment Priority Dates……January 29-February 2

Open Enrollment to the Public begins on January 22nd for Elementary and Preschool and February 5th for Early Learner Daycare.
To Re-Enroll:
- Access the FACTS Family Portal by going to https://logins2.renweb.com/logins/ParentsWeb-Login.aspx
- Enter MCA-SC as the District Code
- Enter your FACTS username and password (If you do not have a username and password, you will need to Create an Account at this time).
- After logging in, click on Apply/Enroll in the left menu
- Then click on Enrollment/Re-Enrollment
The FACTS online enrollment system will open with a link to your child’s re-enrollment packet. If you have multiple children, all packets should show up in your family portal. The process of completing the re-enrollment packet should take approximately 15 minutes. Also, if you are unable to complete your child’s packet, your information will be saved.

Elementary January 8-19/$180, after January 19/$200
Early Education Preschool, January 8-19/$180, after January 19/$200
Early Learner Daycare, January 29-February 2/$180, after February 2/$200
FACTS Customer Fees
At the end of the re-enrollment packet, you will be asked to complete the FACTS Customer Information section. There is an annual charge of $50 per family for FACTS billing support. Becoming a FACTS customer allows MCA to bill each family for tuition, ASC, field trips, etc. It is a secure method and helps us streamline our payment processes.
Once you have completed the FACTS customer sign up, you will click on Submit and your child will be FULLY ENROLLED for the 2024-2025 school year.
