Admissions Policy

Nondiscrimination Policy: Mauldin Christian Academy (MCA) admits students of any race, color, national or ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at school.  

Admissions Process for K5-5th Grade

The Mauldin Christian Academy (MCA) admissions process for K5-5th grade is a two-step process which includes the Application Step and the Enrollment Step. During the Application Process school records will be requested and an admissions assessment will take place. It is important that we follow these steps to confirm that your child will be successful in the MCA academic environment.  After we receive all the integral pieces, we will communicate the Next Steps. During the Next Steps, you will be asked to complete the Enrollment Form. After you have submitted the Enrollment Form and paid the enrollment fee, we will process the form and your child will be FULLY ENROLLED.

  1. Contact the School and schedule a tour
  2. Submit a New Student Application 
  3. Submit the Non-Refundable $100 New Student Application Fee
  4. The school will request school records from your child’s current school

Submit the following if applicable:

  • Custody Decree
  • Educational Testing and 504 Plan or IEP
  1. You will be contacted to schedule a grade level Admissions Assessment 
  2. You will be contacted to schedule a Family Interview (if required)

Admissions Process for Early Education (P3-P4 Half-Day Preschool Program)

1. Contact the School and schedule a tour

2. Submit a New Student Registration form 

3. Submit the Non-Refundable $195 New Student Registration Fee

4. Supply the following admissions documents to the school:

  • Birth Certificate (Long form)
  • SC Immunization form
  • Education testing or diagnosis if applicable
  • Custody Decree if applicable

After the completed application, application fee, and required documents are submitted, your child will be fully enrolled if spaces are available. If there is a waitlist, your name will be placed on the list, and you will be contacted in the event a space becomes available. (If a space does not become available, your application fee will be refunded).

Admissions Process for Early Learners Daycare (6 weeks-K4) (Full Time, year-round)

For Early Learners Daycare registration, please do not drop daycare registration forms off at the school.  All forms need to be submitted digitally to the following email address: leinhorn@fbcmauldin.org.

2. Submit a New Student Registration Form

3. Submit the Non-Refundable $195 New Student Registration Fee

4. Supply the following admissions documents to the school:

  • Birth Certificate (Long form)
  • SC Immunization form
  • Education testing or diagnosis if applicable
  • Custody Decree if applicable
