Enrollment Application

Tuition and Fees: Daycare

Daycare for Infants (6 weeks old) – 4 years old

    • Return your completed admissions forms along with the following documents to the MCA office.

    • SC Immunization Record (DHEC Form 2740)

    Once your completed application is returned, the office staff can tell you immediately if your child can be enrolled or put on a wait list.

    A non-refundable enrollment fee will be due to secure your child's spot at MCA.

    Summer Camp enrollment fee for non-MCA students: $25
    A $10 per week deposit due at time of enrollment will reserve your spot for each week you choose.
    Activity fee: $30
